What Would You Tell The President If
You Met Him Face To Face
Personally I would like to tell him that God knows his heart. He will
be judged by two things. 1. Does he follow the mandate given to
all
men and women? Micah 6:8 He has shown you, O man, what is good; and
what does the Lord require of you, but to do justly, and to love mercy,
and to walk humbly with your God. 2. Does he fear man more that
God? Men may be able to hide their thoughts from other men but God is
able to see our inner most thoughts and to look into the deepest depths
of our hearts. Does He see Christ in your heart? For Salvation comes by
no other name and even kings will be
judged by that.
Let us know your thoughts here at You Choose 2008.
Please keep it to 150 words or less. Absolutely no letters with foul
language or terrorist remarks will be posted! You are expected to be
honest and truthful, not politically correct. Because when it comes to
sin, there is no love in being politically correct. There is only the
fear of man and not God. You are also expected to be respectable in
your remarks. Those that just want to be condescending in their remarks
are just wasting their time if they want their statements posted.
1 And God spoke all these words, saying: 2 “I
am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt,
out of the house of bondage. 3
“You shall have no other gods before Me. 4
“You shall not make for yourself a carved image—any likeness of
anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the
earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; 5 you shall not bow down to them nor serve
them. For I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the
iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations
of those who hate Me, 6 but showing mercy
to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments. 7
“You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain, for the LORD
will not hold him guiltless who takes His name in vain. 8 “
Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. 9
Six days you shall labor and do all your work, 10
but the seventh day isIn it
you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your
male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your
stranger who is within your gates. 11
For in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the
sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day.
Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it. 12 “
Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long upon the
land which the LORD your God is giving you. 13
“You shall not murder. 14
“You shall not commit adultery. 15
“You shall not steal. 16
“You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor. 17
“You shall not covet your neighbor’s house; you shall not covet your
neighbor’s wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his
ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor’s.” the Sabbath of the LORD your God.
Here is a copy of a statement made on one of the forums that I belong
to. Many have valid concerns and have the right to speak out with those
concerns. Wither they agree with the President or not. It is up to all
of us to act in a godly and responsible manner in all of our actions.
No matter who we are. God will judge all men and women according to
their deeds. Again, No matter who they are.
D.B.-I would tell the President that he
broke my American heart. I trusted him with my vote twice, and twice he
embarrased me.
